Art Never Tasted So Good features Chef Nathaniel Cosby of Big Nate’s BBQ

SHREVEPORT, La. (Arklatex Today) - This smokey delicious experience will bring you on a journey of African American heritage.

On Feb. 18, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., the Bossier Arts Council (BAC), 630 Barksdale Boulevard, invites the public to enjoy a culinary exploration of smoked African American cuisine during a dining experience during its Art Never Tasted So Good event. Attendees will enjoy a tasty journey through four delicious courses, experience rich heritage, and create memories along the way.

Chef Cosby is a Shreveport Local operating out of MS KICK Kitchen, a kitchen incubator and community kitchen. His restaurant, Big Nate’s BBQ and More aims to offer high-quality, moderately priced, and clean foods using local and fresh ingredients.

The menu will consist of:

  • Soup
  • Two entrees
