SHREVEPORT, La. (Ark-La-Tex Weekend) - The Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl announced plans for the 12th annual Independence Bowl Youth Football Clinic. This free event takes place on the new field at Independence Stadium on Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 8 a.m. - 11 a.m. Boys and girls ages 5-13 (incoming 8th graders) are encouraged to attend. Local and regional college coaches will teach football fundamentals with offensive, defensive and special teams drills. Children will also learn essential fitness techniques and the importance of being physically active. The clinic will be a non-contact event.
