BOSSIER CITY, La. (Ark-La-Tex Weekend) - From the people that brought us the Bossier City Farmers Market and the Bossier Night Market comes their next venture: the Barksdale Market. This new community market will be in South Bossier in the parking lot of Bedrock Academy at 3224 Barksdale Boulevard. Unlike other markets, this one takes place on Sunday mornings from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. starting on April 16th and running through June 18th. Enjoy free admission and free parking and bring the whole family including leashed pets for a pleasant Sunday walk and shop.
From their press release, “We have space for 3 dozen vendors weekly, with lots of produce, farm goods, breakfast and lunch foods, handmade items, honey, crafts, soap, retail vendors, boutiques, kids activities, and so much more.” There will be an indoor seating area and restrooms.
