We spoke Chef Nathaniel Cosby, III who owns Big Nate’s BBQ and More! for his top three tips to bring out the best in your next adventure in grilling and barbecue.
Tip #1: Don’t make it a job.
Tip #2: When it comes to cooking; low and slow. Nate says” Take your time.”
Tip #3: Have fun! Try tweaking your rub recipe or change up the BBQ sauce several times before deciding on a favorite. It took Big Nate over 10 years to come up with the right recipe of rub, sauce and wood.
