SHREVEPORT, La. (Ark-La-Tex Weekend) - Abby Singer’s Bistro is known for having some very unique cocktails on their drink menu. One of the most popular drinks, according to bartender Michaela is the Pan’s Labyrinth. She describes it as “a summery fresh drink. It has some more complex flavor with the grapefruit and the peach. And the wine gives you a nice, fresh, summery feel.”
Here’s what you need to make your own Pan’s Labyrinth.
Peach puree
Deep Eddy’s Grapefruit Vodka
Capriccio White sparkling Sangria
Splash of your favorite Pinot Grigio.
Fill a glass with ice. Pour the peach puree in first then follow with the vodka, Sangria and finally the Pinot Grigio. Add an accent of a slice of orange to complete the drink.
