Come see all sorts of remote control aircraft. You’ll see scale Warbirds aircraft from many periods in world history at this free event.

Wander amongst the vendors showcasing spectacular rocks and gems. See demonstrations of flint knapping and arrow head making.

Come dressed as your favorite alien and listen to lots of speakers and watch a documentary, The Pascagoula UFO Encounter.
10 a.m. - Noon at Lotus Studio (446 Olive St.) in Shreveport
Here’s your chance to perform some poetry or a short story with the Shreveport Writers Club.
7:30 p.m. at the 1874 Courthouse lawn in Washington, Ark
Zirconium Quartet is an award-winning barbershop quartet. This is a free concert.
SUNDAY, AUGUST 20

The biggest comic con of the area concludes. Don’t miss the cosplay contest at 1pm. Meet dozens of celebrities from the worlds of movies, wrestling, comics and more.

The Stephen King story comes to the stage. Romance novelist Paul Sheldon (played by Blayne Weaver) has to deal with a creepy fan (Annie Wilkes portrayed by Heather Peak Hooper) after an accident.
