Talented area artists created designs for one-of-a-kind sculptures during an artist call. Each design was voted for and ultimately chosen by town officials. Nine were selected to represent each of the towns along the Boom or Bust Byway, a scenic national byway across Northwest Louisiana, known for its history, culture, and unique character.
