SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - The Art of Haiti: Dr. Jean Brierre’s Lifetime Collection showcases vibrant cultural art.
On June 27, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., a reception will be held for the The Art of Haiti: Dr. Jean Brierre’s Lifetime Collection exhibition at Artspace, 708 Texas Street.
Attendees will enjoy over 60 years of Haitian art collected by Dr. Jean C. Pierre, an immigrant, physician and cultural bridge-builder.
The show is a window into Haiti’s vibrant spirit and an act of cultural preservation. Each piece tells a story of heritage, heart, and home.
